Try to completely remove HyperDock with this script: hyperdockuninstall.zip, and install HyperDock from scratch. macOS Ventura doesn't work with the Dual 4K HDMI 10-in-1 USB-C Hub For M1/M2 MacBooks from Hyper Dock. I changed to DockAltTab and it works wonder.
